You understand that the results mentioned in the presentation for selling this Program may includes results of some of our customers, and are not typical results. Many people who purchase the "Program" never get these same results. This is not a get rich quick scheme, and requires a lot of effort on your part to become successful. Non-Circumvent: After becoming a GoMobile customer, you will gain access to certain key vendors and relationships and you agree that you will not go around, circumvent or attempt to bypass GoMobile to work directly with any of these vendors. This includes any attempt to call on, solicit or service any GoMobile employee, customer, referral partner, affiliate, agent, supplier, licensee, licensor, consultant, contractor or other business relation of Company.

Payments made to GoMobile may be processed by credit card or PayPal. You agree to the fees set forth on the order page, specifically, $497 today or 3 payments of $197, then $97/month for one Design Credit, starting in 90 days.Your VIP App Club Membership is a month to month service and you can cancel at anytime to prevent future billing, however prior months are non refundable. You must be an active member of the VIP program to use design credits, in the event you cancel and have unused credits, those credits remain in your account and may be used if you reestablish your VIP account, but cannot be used during a period in which your VIP account is Inactive, nor can those credits be refunded.
